Description:
This is a 1000s calories easy to make smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Milk 2%
- 1 Cup of Oats
- 2 Scoop of protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 banana
- Optional: More frozen fruits!
Steps:
Note: Since you are going to blend it, it does not really matter the order you put it.
- Put all the ingredients in blender
- Blend!
