Ingredients:
- Flour: 2 cups
- Warm Water: 1 to 1.5 cups
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Steps:
- Knead flour, water, and salt into a soft, pliable dough.
- Roll small portions of dough into thin circles.
- Rest the dough for at least 20-30 minutes.
- Roll small portions of dough into thin circles.
- Cook each roti on a hot griddle (tawa) until it puffs up and has light brown spots.
- Serve immediately, optionally brushed with ghee
